The MaxiTrack ground protection and surface protection system is one of the most revolutionary and innovative trackway mats to create mobile construction roads, temporary access routes, platforms, storage areas and many other applications. With a load capacity of up to 130t**, the MaxiTrack is one of the strongest load-bearing trackway mats, with a net weight of only 40 kg and ultra compact dimensions (1800 × 900 × 34 mm).
These specifications make it possible to install the single panels even manually and to use them even in places where the application of large and heavy panels is not possible. Another outstanding feature of MaxiTrack trackway mat is the so-called "overlapping system" which guarantees maximum bonding of the panels to each other, as well as transferring the load from the individual panel to the overall composite.
What makes the MaxiTrack connection technology so special?
The connection technology, which is fully integrated into the overlapping flanges and consists of solid metal bolts and threads, can withstand even the greatest shear forces and compressive loads. Elongated holes allow for thermal expansion of the plastic without causing the panels to curl, buckle or even stand up. It also allows flexibly to adjust the panels to uneven terrain/terrain.
What are the advantages of the MaxiTrack as an ultra-compact single panel?
Especially in handling and logistics, the extremely compact and lightweight heavy-duty panel saves expensive loading space. The MaxiTrack can be transported in or on almost any vehicle, e.g., on a small trailer, in a sprinter/bus, on the loading area of a flatbed up to an open truck trailer on which 500 slabs (810sqm / 20,000 kg) would fit. Just compare the logistic costs and the machine effort for the Installation of 810 m² steel panels or 810 m² aluminum panels, and you will quickly understand why this single panel is an extremely economical alternative.
Are there also large format versions of the MaxiTrack?
Yes, the MaxiTrack is available in two other sizes. Optionally, the MaxiTrack can be delivered with 3600 × 1800 × 34 mm in a 4-panel configuration, or with 5400 × 1800 × 34 mm in the 6-panel configuration. This means that even large areas, platforms, or trackways can be laid quickly and effectively, similar to what you are already used to with steel plates or aluminum panels. The Installation can be installed using the usual methods, i.e., by tongs, slip, crane and, if necessary, also by vacuum lifter.
What are the advantages of the pre-configured MaxiTrack systems?
- Faster installation of large areas
- Partial removal of individual panels possible
- Replacement of individual panels in case of defective ones
Which areas of application or use are suitable for heavy-duty panels?
As a rule, the heavy-duty panels are used where high loads and/or a high load intensity and/or soft, not particularly load-bearing soils are expected. The connection system allows the Installation of the slabs to be used in any way as a road, path, lane, Platform, and surface. It is also possible to connect the mats in offset, around the corner or as a curve in radii. The profiled top and bottom of the slab provide optimum grip and traction for man and machine, especially in terrain with longitudinal and/or transverse slope.

On which soils and weather conditions can MaxiTrack be used?
There is hardly a floor on which MaxiTrack heavy-duty flooring has not been installed. The areas of application range from use in concrete, asphalt, industrial floors, indoor floors, indoor sports floors and tartan tracks to solutions for protecting the floor on lawns, indoor floors, indoor sports floors and tartan tracks. The anti-slip profiling on both sides enables safe use even under adverse conditions.
- Floor protection on all firm floors
- Floor protection on soft floors
- Trafficability of hardly load-bearing soils
- Year-round use in all weather conditions
MaxiTrack contributes to sustainability and environmental protection
There are several reasons why MaxiTrack heavy-duty panels are an efficient solution to save valuable resources and reduce the environmental footprint. With the ability to carry a load of up to 487m2, you can save many trips, save fuel and thereby emit less CO₂. Thanks to the stable, seamless and solid surface, the negative environmental impact of all machines and vehicles moving on the panels is reduced. In addition, the same are also subjected to significantly less stress. Because the plastic does not absorb moisture and is easy to clean, the risk of cross-contamination can be significantly reduced. Last but not least, the plastic used can be recycled to make new products.

- Less fuel consumption
- Less emission of harmful CO₂
- Reduced risk of cross-contamination
