The possible applications of the mobile construction road systems made of plastic are almost unlimited. For each project or construction project, there are different conditions that must be considered and criteria that must be met. Sometimes it may be that the trafficability of a soft subsoil must be ensured. Or it may be that the floor itself must be protected from damage. In order to be able to offer an individually suitable solution for each problem, Securatek relies on a finely tuned product range, which is one of its strengths. No other supplier in Germany, for example, has a comparable product range in the field of plastic floor protection plates and special connection technology.

BASIC PACKAGES & COMPLETE SETS

Securatek offers a wide range of plastic driving plate complete sets made of PE. The driving plate sets are mostly used as mobile construction road or driving road. Usually the sets are offered in graduations of 10, 20 and 30. Depending on the size of the  driving plates (length x width), different areas (sqm) or construction road lengths (linear meters) can be protected with the plates. Therefore, when comparing with other suppliers of complete sets of driving plates, we recommend not to use the quantity of plates as a basis for comparison, but to compare on the basis of square meters for areas or linear meters for construction roads. Another important criterion is the profiling of the driving plates. When buying paving slabs, pay attention to whether the slabs have a profile or not. Often driving plates are offered without profiling.  But it can also be that you are offered plates with profiling, where, however, the so-called profile was produced at a closer look due to milling or the plates have a pattern that only pretends an optical profiling. The securatek panels are manufactured by injection molding. This procedure allows to produce the driving plate with profile from one casting. Many competitors do not have this production technology and offer pressed profile-less, or plates with a pattern smaller than 1mm.

QUICK & EASY INSTALLATION

The classic field of application for ground protection slabs are mobile construction roads, mobile driveways, temporary makeshift roads or parking areas or platforms for machines, containers or material. Securatek, sees the advantages of its own floor protection systems especially in the fast, safe and simple use. Thanks to their anti-slip profiling and load-distributing properties, the panels enable immediate and safe use of the terrain in all weather conditions. However, if a valuable or high-value floor is to be protected, many solutions available on the market reach their limits. In most cases, the panel protects the subfloor, but the metal connection technology designed for soft floors then damages the floor." If, in the case described, the connection technology is dispensed with altogether and the panels are laid loosely, there is a risk that the plastic will rub off on the floor as a result of possible panel movement. Securatek has addressed this problem as well and offers in-house floor protection panels and connection technology that provide a solution to the problem described.
