Robust geotextile nonwoven in strong professional quality. Asthe product name suggests, the separating fleece is used whenever something needs to be separated. Classically, the geotextile is used to prevent soil layersfrom mixing  .  Meanwhile, the fleece is also used for mobile construction roads as a soil protection fleece. The separating fleece TV300 has a weight per unit area of 300 g/m2, a punching force of 3500N and corresponds to the robustness class GRK5. The nonwoven is particularly water-permeable geotextile and is made of Polypropylene (PP), mechanically needled staple fiber nonwoven, thermally fixed. 

Separating fleece for landscaping, riding arena construction & paddocks 

Classically, the fleece is used in horticulture, landscaping, riding arena construction,  horse husbandry or paddock construction as a separating fleece to separate two soil layers or materials from each other. On the one hand, the fleece prevents e.g. loose and/or finer material on top, such as sand, decorative grit, etc., from migrating or mixing with the soil below. We recommend the fleece when using / installing the following products: Ground grid BG30, Ground grid BG50, Gravel honeycomb KW50, Ground honeycomb BW40, Lawn honeycomb RW40.

Fleece for underlaying the of lawn grid, ground grid, gravel grid and paddock slabs

The air- and water-permeable fleece has proven itself as a separating layer when using ground grids, ground honeycomb, gravel honeycomb, gravel grids, paddock slabs and paddock grids. The TV300 separating fleece is laid between the soil and the product and prevents filled-in bulk material such as gravel, crushed stone, chippings, sand, riding sand or footing layers from migrating into the subsoil or mixing with it.

Fleece with high water permeability

Even during heavy rainfall, the high water permeability of the fleece means that no water builds up. The environmentally friendly and durable fleece is very easy to lay and can be individually adjusted by scissors or knife. Thanks to these properties, the maintenance of the surfaces produced in this way is significantly reduced and the product life of the grids and honeycombs is increased. The fleece is durable, environmentally friendly and very easy to process.

Floor protection fleece for floor protection panels, driving panels and floor systems

The separating fleece is very often laid as a protective separating layer between floor systems or construction road systems and the substrate/floor to be protected. We recommend using the floor protection fleece for all applications of driving plates, floor protection plates or other floor systems. For solid substrates such as asphalt, concrete, pavement, industrial floor, tile floor, marble floor, sports floor, hall floor or similar, the floor protection fleece protects the floor covering from scratches, abrasion and contamination.

Improvement of bearing capacity and reduction of dirt

In case of soft substrates such as lawn, forest floor, topsoil, gravel, crushed stone, sand or similar, the floor protection fleece ensures significantly improved cleanliness. The geotextile prevents e.g. mud, sludge or small stones from being pressed through in the transitions or through the gaps of the construction road system or floor system. At the same time, the soil protection fleece reduces the probability of possible contamination of the existing soil by foreign substances.

Consistent quality is assured according to DIN ISO 9001-2008., The product must be covered 30 days after installation. Resistant for at least 25 years in applications without reinforcement function in natural soils with a ph between 4 and 9 and a soil temperature < 25° C (UNI EN 12224).
