Our floor protection plate for roll-off containers is made of plastic with an anti-slip rubber coating on the underside to protect the floor or ground from mechanical impact. The rubberized underside of the container plates also contributes to the effective reduction of noise emissions. The floor protection plates for roll-off containers made of high-quality HDPE plastic are extremely pressure-resistant, break-resistant and have a strong load-distributing effect. They therefore have exactly the properties that are needed to place even heavily loaded roll-off containers safely and easily, even on a soft surface. Because everyone knows that containers need as solid and firm a base as possible, but unfortunately this is not always the case.
Mobile floor protection plate for roll-off containers, the safe solution for rolling off containers
Despite its low weight, the HDPE plastic used is extremely stable, robust, wear-resistant and therefore extremely hard-wearing. At the same time, the plastic is temperature-resistant, weatherproof, does not absorb water, does not rot and does not splinter. The material has excellent sliding properties to accommodate the roll-off container's steel rollers or armored rollers in the recess provided. Your hooklift and skiploader drivers will love the mobile handling of the container plate, which weighs just 6.9 kg.
Advantages of the anti-slip rubber coating on the underside of the floor protection plate
The anti-slip rubber coating is the special highlight of our floor protection plate for roll-off containers. The rubber coating fulfills 3 important mechanical functions. Firstly, the rubber reduces any possible slipping of the floor protection plate on solid floors such as asphalt, paving stones, concrete floors, hall floors or coated industrial floors, and secondly, it has a strong shock-absorbing effect. In addition, the rubber coating effectively helps to prevent scratches or marks on hard, sensitive floors and floor coverings. As a result, the substrate is reliably protected and you can roll your skips onto the floor with as little damage as possible, regardless of their location.
- Reduces slipping of the floor protection plates
- Prevents scratches in the floor
- Has a strong shock-absorbing effect
Rubberized floor protection plates reduce unwanted noise when rolling containers
Thanks to the 8 mm thick rubber "cushion", significantly less noise is generated when the container is set down or rolled onto the floor protection plate instead of the normal / original surface. This acoustic advantage is highly appreciated by container services and contractors in the demolition, gutting, dismantling, disposal and recycling sectors. Particularly in densely populated areas and in urban environments, it is becoming increasingly important to be able to set up roll-off containers as quietly as possible with low noise emissions.
Floor protection plate for roll-off containers in standard sizes or made to measure
Our standard size of floor protection plate is optimally and precisely tailored to the load capacity and castor size of standard roll-off containers.
