Shipping options
Depending on the transport weight, transport dimensions or transport volume of an item and the individual composition of a shopping cart or order, different shipping methods are offered in the ordering process.
Self-collection
The shipping method self pickup is available for every order as a valid shipping method in the order process.
Pick-up date
For orders with the shipping method self-pick-up, please arrange a pick-up date with our warehouse & logistics staff. The pick-up address is located at our headquarters in Hüttenweg 1-2, 35075 Gladenbach, Germany. Please note that the stated delivery times for an item are also valid for the shipping method self-collection.
Loading
Please note that we will only load your vehicle, trailer or means of transport if corresponding requirements have been met prior to loading. The liability waiver (download here) must be signed and legible. Permissible total weights, axle loads, trailer loads of the towing vehicle or trailer must not be exceeded. There must be sufficient loading space or loading volume available, the load must not protrude beyond the vehicle or trailer in length, width or height. Likewise, we do not load if no, insufficient or inadequate means of securing the load, such as tension belts in accordance with the STVO, have been provided by the collector. If one of the conditions is not fulfilled, a loading by employees of Securatek will not take place, because according to STVO as the loader of the goods is equally liable as the driver of the vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
Parcel shipping
The shipping method parcel shipping is only under certain conditions as a valid shipping method in the ordering process selectable.
Item requirements
- Item weight ≤ 30 kg
- Edge length ≤ 170 cm
- Belt dimension ≤ 419 cm
Shopping cart requirements
- Shopping cart volume < 1.21m3
- Shopping cart weight ≤ 150 kg
Delivery
Shipment is made by parcel service in standard tariff. Delivery to the delivery address, truck accessible up to 7.5 tons. Unloading is carried out by the parcel service, to the front door. Possible delivery days: Mon - Fri between 7:00 and 18:00.
Spediton small shipments
The shipping method shipping small consignment is only under certain conditions as a valid shipping method in the ordering process selectable.
Item requirements
- Item weight ≤ 900 kg
- Edge length ≤ 250 cm
Shopping cart requirements
- Shopping cart volume < 12.00m3
- Shopping cart weight < 2,400 kg
Delivery
Shipment is made by truck with lifting platform. Delivery to the delivery address, truck accessible up to 12 tons. Unloading is done by the shipping company, to curb. Possible delivery days: Mon - Fri between 7:00 and 18:00.
Telephone notification / scheduling
The telephone notification is included in the shipping method at no extra charge. Please enter a valid phone number with country code in the order process or in your master data. The carrier will contact you after receiving your order to arrange an appointment. Attention, a scheduling by Secuartek can neither be arranged nor confirmed or passed on to the forwarder.
Spediton large shipments
The shipping method "large shipment" can only be selected as a valid shipping method in the order process under certain conditions.

Delivery
Shipment is made by truck without lift. Delivery to the delivery address, truck accessible up to 40 tons. The customer is responsible for unloading. Possible delivery days: Mon - Fri between 7:00 and 18:00.
Note
A transportable forklift can be booked as an additional service for this type of delivery for an additional charge.
Shipping options
Truck-mounted forklift
The surcharge for the take-away forklift shipping option is 225.00 €/pc net plus VAT or 267.75 €/pc gross incl. 19% VAT.
The forwarder carries out the unloading on behalf of the customer. The radius of action of the truck-mounted forklift is limited to 50m from the curb to the delivery point.
The shipping option for truck-mounted forklifts can be selected for the following shipping methods.

- Forwarding agency large shipments
Delivery time
As far as in the article description no other delivery time is indicated, the delivery time amounts to 5-10 days within Germany (Mo-Fr / holidays excluded), all other countries 5-15 days. If a delivery time is specified so this applies, for international deliveries +5 additional days must be added. The shipment will be made after receipt of payment, this concerns the payment method, prepayment, PayPal, direct debit and credit card. For customers who have ordered with the payment method "invoice", the delivery period begins after receipt of order. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Different delivery times
We send an order in one shipment. If there are items with different delivery times in your order, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Time of dispatch
The commission of the order takes place after receipt of the order. The order will be shipped after Securatek has received payment in full. Depending on the chosen method of payment, time of payment and transit time, the time of shipment can be 1-3 working days after the payment has been made.
Self-collection
Please note that the specified delivery time of an item is also valid for the shipping method self-pickup. For orders with the shipping method self pickup, please arrange a pickup date with our warehouse & logistics staff.
Island surcharge / customs clearance
Under certain circumstances, surcharges or flat rates may apply for shipping itself or shipping processing, as described below.
Island surcharge
For shipping with difficult delivery conditions, hereinafter referred to as island surcharge, a surcharge (island surcharge) will be charged. This generally applies to delivery addresses that are not located on the mainland. The amount of the surcharge (island surcharge) can be viewed below on this page and will be shown in the order process and shopping cart.
Customs clearance
Shipping to addresses (customer addresses, billing addresses and delivery addresses) that are outside the EU and must be cleared through customs is currently set up via the online store only for Switzerland (CH). For customs clearance Securatek GmbH & Co KG charges a flat rate (customs clearance flat rate). The amount of the flat rate (customs clearance flat rate) can be viewed below on this page and is shown in the order process and shopping cart. Securatek will only pay the costs up to the respective national border (DAP).
