In this reference, the Lawn Reinforcement Mesh was used as a burrow protection and digging protection for chickens in the free range. With great passion, the run for the chickens was refurbished. First, the Lawn Reinforcement Mesh was laid on top of the existing chicken pasture and fixed into the ground with Ground Anchor. Then new grass was sown and a new fence was also put in place.
All of this was done in May 2015, and a good year later, the result is really something to behold. The lawn or turf was effectively protected from the chickens' scratching thanks to the lawn net. In the rear part of the chicken run, the lawn is lush and green preserved without bare patches.
In the front part of the lawn, near the chicken run, the lawn is significantly shorter due to the higher load and frequency of use. There are only very isolated bare patches to be seen.
