Shipping

Shipping will be via UPS parcel service at the standard rate including tracking, provided you have provided us with your email address in advance.

Delivery:
Delivery is carried out by UPS to your doorstep. 

Delivery days:
Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 18:00 (except public holidays)

Delivery conditions:
Delivery address accessible by truck, up to 7,5t.

Shipment tracking:
After we have handed over the shipment to UPS, you will receive an email from UPS with all information about your shipment, including the tracking number(s) and link(s) for tracking your shipment.

Shipping is by truck with a tail lift. The freight forwarder will notify you via email or text message, provided you have provided us with the recipient's email address or mobile phone number in advance.

Delivery and unloading:
Delivery and unloading is carried out by the forwarding agent to the curb.

Delivery days:
Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 18:00 (except public holidays)

Delivery conditions:
Delivery address accessible by truck, up to 12t.

Shipping will be by truck without a tail lift. The carrier will contact you by phone prior to delivery to arrange a delivery date, provided you have provided us with the recipient's phone number in advance.

Delivery without unloading:
Delivery is made by the forwarding agent to the curbside of the delivery address. The customer is responsible for unloading.

Optionally book unloading:
For an additional charge, a truck-mounted forklift can be booked in advance for unloading by the freight company. The operating radius is approximately 50 meters around the delivery address, provided the surface is paved.

Pick-up is possible at our warehouse address, according to an appointment made in advance with our shipping contact.

Pick-up times:
Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 15:00 (except public holidays / company holidays)

Requirements:

• For customers who pay in advance, if the pro forma invoice has been recorded as fully paid, we will contact you to arrange a collection date.
  
  
• For invoice customers, once we have confirmed your order in writing by email, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date.  

Loading:
Please note that your vehicle, trailer or means of transport will only be loaded if the following requirements are met, since according to the German Road Traffic Act (STVO), the person loading the goods is equally liable as the driver.

• Permissible total weights, axle loads, towing loads of the towing vehicle or trailer must not be exceeded.
  
  
• There must be sufficient loading space or loading volume available.
  
  
• The load must not protrude in length, width or height, nor must it protrude beyond the vehicle or trailer.
  
  
• The person collecting the load must provide agreed means of securing the load, such as tensioning straps.
