The Plastic Outrigger Pads with deep milling were used to safely accommodate Crane supports, crane claws, support feet, Outrigger Pads as well as booms of various vehicles, equipment, and machines. Thanks to the deep milled recess (ø 290 × 10 mm), the risk of accidental and dangerous slipping or sliding of the support leg is significantly reduced. Additional Safety offers the Anti-slip rubber coating made of floor-friendly rubber on the underside of the plate.
The high quality and stable bond between the rubber layer and the HDPE plastic is achieved during the manufacturing process by pressing or baking them together using high temperature and pressure in the press. This differs significantly from Outrigger Pads where the rubber layer is bonded using chemical adhesives.
Another quality feature is the rounded corners and edges, which were incorporated to improve the service life and reduce the risk of injury. Due to the low dead weight and the integrated carrying straps Our support pads are particularly easy to carry and position thanks to their suspension ropes.
