Container Plates Made of plastic as levelling plates for container installation to protect against mechanical impacts from roll-off containers and skip containers and to effectively reduce noise emissions. Our container plates made of high-quality HDPE plastic are extremely pressure-resistant, break-resistant and are characterized by a optimal load distribution They therefore have exactly the properties needed to safely and easily position even heavily loaded roll-off containers, even on soft ground. Everyone knows that containers require the most solid and stable surface possible, but unfortunately, this isn't always the case.
The HDPE plastic (high-density polyethylene) used is, despite its low weight, extremely pressure-resistant, robust, wear-resistant, and therefore very durable. At the same time, the plastic is temperature-resistant, weatherproof, does not absorb water, does not rot, and does not splinter. The excellent sliding properties of the plastic are particularly helpful for accommodating the container rollers in the designated recess, but can be a hindrance as the underside of the container plate, especially on asphalt. Your hooklift and skip loader drivers will easy and mobile handling thanks to the integrated handle. Laying out or storing the Container Plates has never been easier.
The Anti-slip rubber coating is the special highlight of our levelling plates for containers. The rubber coating fulfills three important mechanical functions. Firstly, the rubber reduces the possibility of slipping of the plates on solid surfaces such as asphalt, paving stones, concrete floors, hall floors, or coated industrial floors, and secondly, it has a strong shock absorbing. In addition, the rubber coating effectively helps to prevent scratches or marks on hard, sensitive floors and floor coverings. Subsurface reliably protected and they can deposit their troughs regardless of location with as little damage as possible.
Thanks to the 8 mm thick rubber "cushion," significantly less noise is generated when the container is placed or rolled onto the levelling plate, rather than on the normal ground as is usual. This acoustic advantage is appreciated by container services that regularly operate in densely populated areas and in the urban environment their containers must be set up as quietly as possible without noise emissions.
