At Stuttgart Airport, a defective pipe on a combined storage facility had to be replaced. Ruts had to be avoided as much as possible in the heavily soggy meadow, and vehicles and machinery were not allowed to get stuck to avoid disrupting flight operations during the rescue.

Avoid lanes and grooves with road plates
The construction site was located on a large meadow. Since large construction vehicles, such as trucks, excavators, and other vehicles, would be driving across the meadow, a way had to be found to protect the subsoil to prevent ruts and grooves from being left behind.
