This case study concerns the reinforcement of the soil for a trough structure in track construction and rail transport. First, the area was filled with sand, which provides greater stability to the soil grid. The soil grid was then trimmed in some places to ensure a perfect fit. Finally, the soil grids are filled with the desired material.
