Photo gallery and reference for gravel paving a courtyard and driveway using the KG30 gravel grid. This customer project involved redesigning an unsealed, permeable courtyard or driveway. It is recommended to use gravel with a grain size of 8/16 for the courtyard.

To prevent ruts or holes caused by shifting gravel, the gravel must be stabilized. The KG30 gravel grid was developed and manufactured for this purpose.

The first step involved leveling and grading the existing ground. Our customer then gradually laid the gravel grid on the prepared subsurface. The gravel grids are firmly connected to each other using 16 connecting elements per gravel grid.

Once the gravel grids were completely laid, the work could begin on pouring the gravel onto them. For this purpose, the client used a small wheel loader, which can easily drive over unfilled gravel grids. The gravel was then distributed with a rake to evenly fill the cells of the gravel grid.

In a short time and with little effort, an unsealed, stabilized and very attractive gravel area was created in the area of the yard or driveway, which can even be driven on by large tractors without the gravel being displaced.

Original customer comment: "I ordered gravel grids from you on July 14.07.15, XNUMX, and have since successfully installed them. The installation was completely straightforward, and the result is excellent. I'm enclosing some photos, which you are welcome to publish. I would appreciate any compensation you may have."
