After the order confirmation you will receive the pro forma invoice by email. Once the payment has been received in full, we will prepare the shipment and hand over the goods to the shipping service provider as quickly as possible. Once the goods have been dispatched, we will send you the invoice via email. The delivery time is calculated from the first business day after receipt of payment and handover to the carrier (whichever is later).

How can I order On account?

Payment On account is a payment condition that after successful credit check up to a certain limit on request can be agreed.

Who can order On account without an agreement?

Cities, municipalities, local authorities, corporations, schools, universities, educational institutions, social institutions, church institutions, public institutions, associations, state-owned enterprises, semi-state-owned enterprises and foundations can, upon request, order On account up to a certain limit.

ⓘ Shipping will only take place after receipt of payment on the deposit account

Before delivery of the rental items, a security deposit of 5% of the order value, but at least €250,00 plus VAT, is required. Payment is due immediately and without deduction upon receipt of the deposit invoice.

The security deposit will be transferred to a separate bank account, which is used exclusively for deposits. Once the deposit invoice has been fully paid, we will prepare for shipment and hand over the goods to the shipping service provider as quickly as possible.

ⓘ Payment term 7 days, without deduction

Invoices and rental claims are due within 7 days of receipt without deduction. Please note that interest on late payments is immediately due.
