I'm sure 80-90% of all open stable owners have the same problem as me: our German winters and the mud that comes with them. It's not only time-consuming and nerve-wracking when it comes to daily tasks, and not at all pretty to look at, but it's also genuinely harmful to the horses' health.
That's why I looked for a simple yet long-term solution that I could implement without official permits. I don't have a huge fleet of machinery, nor the money to build an elaborate substructure. Therefore, I sought a solution that I could lay directly on the mud and use with the Paddock panels (Paddock plate PP60, Note: Securatek) I found them.
