The Paddock plate PP60 is a highly innovative plastic paddock slab with two advantages over conventional paddock slabs. The first unique feature of the paddock slabs is the 16 solid anchor elements located on the underside of the paddock slabs.
Each of these 16 anchor elements penetrates 4,0 cm into the ground and anchors the grid securely, with a total anchor area of approx. 500 cm² each Grid, solidly embedded in the ground. Due to this unique product feature, the paddock slab is also recommended for paving paths and areas with inclines or slopes.
The second special feature lies in the construction of the paddock slab, which is the only paddock slab with two load-bearing or load-distributing levels. Thus, the weight-bearing area of the paddock slabs is 100% (50% + 50%). The height difference between the levels is 1,6 cm, and with 120 drainage holes between the support levels, it ensures excellent water permeability and an unsealed surface.
The PP60 paddock slab is ideal for animal and horse husbandry applications such as paddocks, open stables, feeding areas, watering areas, horse walkers, lunging circles, round pens, riding arenas, indoor riding arenas, horse walkers, pasture entrances, and paddock entrances. The PP60 paddock slab has also proven its worth for paving farm roads, supply routes, storage areas, parking areas, and parking spaces.
The top surface of the paddock slabs features a 2 mm thick, anti-slip profile. This profile provides additional safety for people, horses, and vehicles on all paths and surfaces with slopes or inclines, even in inclines. Due to their quick and easy installation without the need for a substructure, they are also frequently used in animal husbandry and horse husbandry as paddock slabs or paddock grids.
The grid openings of the individual cells are only 5,0 cm wide. Compared to conventional ground grids and paddock panels, this ensures that the hoof never rests on narrow bars, but always on a relatively large surface. The larger tread surface not only protects the horses' hooves and joints but also ensures more secure footing.
On soft topsoil, grass, or meadow, the anchor grid can be installed directly without the need for a complex substructure. It is recommended to press the paddock panels into the soil by simply vibrating and/or rolling them in. Alternatively, the paddock panels can be carefully driven into the ground using a tractor or similar device. This saves considerable time and money compared to conventional grids, grass pavers, or honeycomb turf.
Note 1: Due to the target group-oriented marketing of the product, we would like to point out that the paddock plate PP60 and the Angling grid AG60 are identical in construction.
Note 2: Please note that the functionality of the product depends on the condition and load-bearing capacity of the floor. The user must check the subsurface independently.
Note 3: Due to the use of recycled plastic, this product may contain white speckles. These are a characteristic feature of this sustainable material and are part of the manufacturing process. We would like to assure you that these do not represent any functional or mechanical impairment of the product.

Technical information and data are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted. Temperature-dependent dimensional variations of up to 3% in each direction are common for plastic products. ** Information regarding load-bearing capacity, support pressure, and protective effect are guidelines that depend on factors such as temperature, soil class, soil composition, soil bearing capacity, contact surfaces, dynamics, and the direction of force application. Therefore, an assessment of the soil or subsoil by the customer or a soil analysis by a specialist or geotechnical expert regarding the load-bearing capacity of the soil or subsoil is strongly recommended before each use.

The brilliant thing about these slabs is that you can lay them without a substrate or pretreatment.
"
I'm sure 80-90% of all open stable owners have the same problem as me: our German winters and the mud that comes with them. It's not only time-consuming and nerve-wracking when it comes to daily tasks, and not at all pretty to look at, but it's also genuinely harmful to the horses' health.
That's why I looked for a simple yet long-term solution that I could implement without official permits. I don't have a huge fleet of machinery, nor the money to build an elaborate substructure. Therefore, I sought a solution that I could lay directly on the mud and use with the Paddock panels (Paddock plate PP60, Note: Securatek) I found them.
