It can withstand a lot: The 2000 × 1220 mm plate weighs 28 or 32 kg depending on its thickness and can withstand loads of up to 85 tons.
Fast installation: The slab is light enough to be laid entirely by hand. Three workers can lay 30 slabs in approximately 30 minutes. This corresponds to a two-lane roadway of 30 meters or a platform area of about 75 m².
Secure connection: Thanks to the 12-hole system, the panels can be connected lengthwise, crosswise, or in a half-bond pattern. The central holes prevent gaps or height differences, especially on uneven, softened ground. Our Plastic connectors and Round steel connectors ensure a stable connection.
High longevity: The sophisticated channel system distributes the stress generated during driving over the HDPE material evenly, ensuring less wear and a longer service life.
Reduced cleaning costs: Water and dirt can drain away more easily through the channels in the profile. This saves up to 15% water, time and costs.
Lower logistics costs: Thanks to the interlocking profile, stacking reduces the height by up to 25% and the transport volume by up to 38%. This allows more panels to be transported per truck.
