What profile do the v:tek Road plates have
The compact road plate v:tek MINI, the Narrow road plate v:tek TRACK and the strong road plate v:tek PRO are all profiled on both sides. The type of tread pattern varies depending on the model. The RoughGrip tread pattern offers reliable slip resistance thanks to its roughened longitudinal grooves. The VersaGrip tread pattern, on the other hand, features a V-shaped channel system that further improves grip, provides protection, and ensures efficient water drainage. The DiamondGrip tread pattern, as the name suggests, features a diamond-shaped pattern that ensures optimal grip. The v:tek RUBBER features a rubberized underside (RubberGrip). This shock-absorbing rubber base protects high-quality floors from damage. The rubber coating also effectively reduces noise emissions. The top surface of the plate features a RoughGrip profile.
The anti-slip surfaces of v:tek Road plates provide reliable grip even on inclines and declines. Mud, slush, and other contaminants are effectively drained away, ensuring safe use for both people and machines at all times.
What makes the v:tek Universal driving mats so special?
The high quality of v:tek Road plates is based on the use of high-quality HDPE plastic with special additives. The pressing process, in which the plates are manufactured under high pressure and heat, ensures their high impact resistance while maintaining flexibility.
This is complemented by an anti-slip profile and, in the case of the v:tek TRACK and v:tek PRO road plates, by the practical 8-hole connection system. This allows for flexible installation in cross and half-patterns, as well as in curves or radii. The v:tek MINI road plate and the v:tek Rubber road plate each have 4 connection holes.
