The compact one v:tek MINI Road plate set Available in sets of 10, 20, and 30, the set includes v:tek MINI drive-over mats, a robust galvanized Stillage, and four corner brackets. This allows for convenient, safe, and space-saving storage and transport of the compact drive-over mats. The set is therefore ideal for quickly creating temporary construction roads, access routes, work areas, or event spaces, and reliably protecting sensitive surfaces.

The v:tek MINI track mats are equipped with load capacity up to 40 tons and weigh only 18 kg per slab. This makes them easy to lay by hand. They are used as temporary construction roads, work surfaces or event areas and protect surfaces such as green areas, asphalt and paving stones, because the ground cover plates distribute loads evenly and prevent sinking or getting stuck of vehicles and machinery. This effectively reduces costs for costly rework and repairs of the floor.

The advantages of the v:tek MINI road plate set

Safety during transport and storage: The transport box is designed to fit the size of the v:tek MINI panels. This prevents them from shifting and allows for space-saving storage. No space is wasted.
Cargo space optimized: The track-mounted track box is barely larger than the tracks themselves. This allows you to transport sets per trip and reduce logistics costs.
Only 18 kg per plate: Thanks to its light weight, the panel can easily be laid by hand. The use of machinery, as required with steel panels, is unnecessary. This saves costs.
High resilience: Depending on the surface, v:tek MINI drive-over plates can withstand loads of up to 40 tons. Heavy construction machinery can also drive over the plates.
Flexible installation methods: The 8 integrated connecting holes allow the panels to be laid in a half-bond, cross-bond, or curved pattern. Matching plastic and round steel connectors are also available from us.
RSlip-resistant profiles: The DiamondGrip and RoughGrip profiles with R11 certification ensure a secure grip. Pedestrians and vehicles can move safely across the slabs, even in wet conditions.
Durable HDPE plastic: The material is resistant to frost and heat, does not splinter or rot, and withstands high loads. This ensures the panels remain usable for a long time.

Set sizes and range of the sets

We offer the right set size for every project. For a small area, such as a small storage area for building materials, the 10-piece set is sufficient. Two 30-piece sets are ideal for a 60-meter-long construction road with two lanes.

Set of 10: covers approximately 16 m² or 20 linear meters (single track).
Set of 20: covers approximately 32 m² or 40 linear meters (single track).
