How and for what purposes are the lightweight e:tek track mats used?
The e:tek Road plates These lightweight track mats are ideal for setting up construction sites. They are designed for light to medium loads and can be laid for various purposes:
- As a temporary access solution
- As access to the construction site
- As an area for assembly and storage of building materials
The areas of application are also diverse: from the construction industry and building materials trade to gardening and landscaping, road and traffic route construction as well as sports and leisure facility construction, pipeline and well construction and many other application areas and industries, the panels are proven.
The anti-slip road plates prevent vehicles such as excavators and trucks from getting stuck or even sinking into soft ground. Likewise, damage to the ground, such as wheel tracks on the lawn, is reduced. The road plates ensure a optimal load distribution, which compensates for point loads. This effectively reduces the costs of expensive floor repairs.
They are also ideal for Floor protection mats on solid surfaces such as paving stones. The slabs are also ideal for creating temporary walkways. The anti-slip EvoGrip tread ensures safety for vehicles and pedestrians.
What are the advantages of e:tek plastic road plates?
The e:tek Road plates are made of robust, high-strength LDPE plastic. Therefore, the slip-resistant road plates can be safely driven over by construction machinery.
The panels are extremely break-resistant, have a high load-bearing capacity, are rot-resistant, and are heat- and frost-resistant. This allows them to be used year-round. Despite their high stability, the road plates are bendable and flexible without breaking.
Temporary access matss and storage areas can be quickly created with the e:tek Road plates, as they can be easy to lay by handNo additional tools are required. Disassembly and cleaning are just as quick.
Strong slip resistance thanks to innovative EvoGrip profile structure
The e:tek Road plates feature the EvoGrip micro-profile structure. This fine profile has a strong anti-slip effect (R10) and is certified accordingly. This makes the road plate safe to walk on and drive on, even in wet conditions. In addition, the EvoGrip profile structure has a lotus effectThis means that dirt and water simply roll off, making the panels easier to clean.

- e:tek PRO EVO: 3000 × 1000 × 20 mm (3,00 sqm), load capacity¹ of up to max. 45 tons**
- e:tek EVO: 2300 x 1100 x 14 mm (2,53 sqm), load capacity¹ of up to max. 30 tons**
- e:tek MINI EVO: 1500 × 1000 × 12 mm (1,50 sqm), load capacity¹ of up to max. 15 tons**
The three e:tek Road plates feature the EvoGrip profile. However, the e:tek PRO is textured on one side, while the two e:tek EVO road plates are profiled on both sides. All three road plates share four connecting holes, allowing them to be securely attached to each other using the appropriate accessories.
