The e:tek PRO EVO road plate sets are available in three different set sizes: as Set of 10, set of 20, set of 30 Includes Stillage with corner bracket set or folding bracket set. The precisely fitting and space-optimized drive-over plate box (Stillage + 4 brackets) is barely larger than the drive-over plate itself. The e:tek PRO drive-over plates, made of plastic, measure 3000 × 1000 × 20 mm, cover an area of 3,00 m², and weigh approximately 55 kg. The top surface of the drive-over plate features an approximately 2 mm thick, non-slip profile structure; the underside is smooth.
There are usually three set sizes to choose from. Typically, there are sets of 10, 20, or 30, with the number indicating how many track panels the set contains. In addition to the e:tek PRO EVO track panels, each set includes a track panel box consisting of a SmartStore Stillage and four SmartStore corner brackets. Yes, the 20 mm thick e:tek PRO EVO road plates made of LDPE plastic feature a one-sided structural profile. The profile thickness on the top side is approximately 2 mm and, thanks to the checkered plate structure, ensures improved safety and slip resistance for people and machines, on any terrain, in any season, and in any weather.
The plastic trackway panel features connecting holes at each corner for easy coupling of panels using plastic trackway connectors (for hard surfaces) or steel connectors (for soft surfaces). Two handholds are integrated into each short side of the trackway panel. Thanks to the four handholds in total and its low weight, the plastic panel is easy to carry and install. It has a load-bearing capacity of up to approximately 45 tons on firm, dry surfaces, up to approximately 18 tons on unpaved, dry surfaces, and up to 5 tons on unpaved, wet surfaces.
The extremely robust and solid plastic trackway mat reliably protects the ground, whether grass, paving stones, or other surfaces, from stress. These exceptionally easy-to-handle plastic panels can be installed and removed in no time.
Firstly, the choice of the right connector depends on the type of surface the trackway panels are to be laid on, and secondly, the number of connectors required depends on how the panels are to be laid. Plastic connectors must always be used when a solid, hard, and sensitive floor covering such as paving stones, concrete, porcelain stoneware, hall floors, or coated industrial floors needs to be protected from damage.
The round steel connectors, in turn, may only be used on soft, unpaved surfaces such as grass, meadow, gravel, farmland, etc. To answer the question of how many connectors are needed per track panel, we recommend the following quantities as a rough guideline:
