In this reference, an open stable and path were stabilized using the Paddock Plates PP60 and the Geotextile TV110.
First, the top layer of soil was removed with the help of an excavator. The removed layer was then filled with sand and vibrated firmly. The Geotextile was then laid on top of the sand. The Geotextile has the advantage that it separates two layers of soil so that they cannot mix together. It also stabilizes the substrate and supports the Paddock Plates. After laying the fleece, the Paddock Plates were laid and first vibrated into place using a vibrating machine.
Sand was then poured onto the slabs and watered. The slabs were then vibrated again. The wet sand makes it easier to vibrate the Paddock Plates into place and they adapt more quickly to the ground conditions.
