The BG30 is a LD-PE grid that can be used to stabilize and fix the ground. The Ground Grid is both unbreakable and dimensionally stable. The maximum load capacity of the floor grid is 400 t per m2which makes the grid very suitable for intensively used areas. In addition, the Ground Grid, due to the special grid structure, has an excellent drainage function.
The shoring of the BG30 soil grid begins with the Create of a subgrade or the removal of the top layer of soil. Then the obtained area a vibrating, so that the area is compacted. "Have worked on both a shelter for a car trailer (16 sqm) and the run (paddock) at the horses (400 sqm) with BG 30. First, the soil layer (10 cm) was removed and leveled with vibratory plate. Then the BG 30 laid (are easy to lay) and then filled with washed sand (38 tons) at the horses and again vibrated after adjustment. At the shelter I used quarry gravel, which could also be compacted well into the BG 30.The paddock is now "dry" (no deep hoof entries) and very passable even with larger tractor and trailer.
