Description

In this reference, a path for horses was created, which leads from the stable directly into the garden. The path was stabilized and paved with Paddock Plate  PP60. The Paddock Plate enables pleasant, gentle walking and ensures careful footing for the hoof and joints of the animal.
The Paddock Plate  PP60 is a Ground Grid especially for horses and animals. The Paddock Plate has a checkerboard appearance, which is created by the staggered levels. The levels have a height difference of 1.5 cm and the grid openings have a size of 5 cm.

At the bottom there are 16 coupling points that hook into the ground like anchors. The Ground Anchor penetrate 4 cm into the ground, thus it is guaranteed that the paddock grid does not shift and remains fixed in the ground. In addition, the couplings allow Paddock Plate  to be installed on slopes and inclines. On the top of the PP60  is a 2 mm profiling, which prevents slipping, even in bad weather conditions, on the plate. The Paddock Plate PP60 is also made of a PE plastic. This makes the Ground Grid frost-proof, that is, it does not break at low temperatures or minus temperatures. The paddock grid is with its dimensions of only 0.16m2, nevertheless highly loadable. The PP60  has a load capacity of 100 t/m2. This high load-bearing capacity allows not only larger animals such as horses to walk on it, but also machines such as tractors, cars and the like to drive on it.

The Installation or fixing  in the ground is also easy. There are two ways Paddock Plate to lay. First, the very simple laying. The so-called "on-top" laying, that is, directly on the substrate. Here, no substructure is needed, but the floor conditions must fit. The soil should be soft, for example,  topsoil, lawn or meadow, so that the product can be easily incorporated into the soil. In the next and final step, the Paddock Plate rolled in or vibrated in.
The slightly more involved, but still simple installation, is called "in-top" Installation. Here, a substructure is made into which the Paddock Plate  is inserted. The turf is removed and the surface is leveled and leveled. On the smoothed and leveled surface, one now lays the Paddock Plate and roll or shake this in.
Whether option one or two, the Paddock Plate can be filled with any bulk material. Such as topsoil, seed, sand, grit, decorative gravel, gravel, crushed stone and of course special horse sand.
The Paddock Plate has of course, proven itself in the horse and animal world. The PP60  can but also in other areas can be used the plate. For example, as an entrance or exit, for dog sports and small animal breeding, as open stable or paddock or as here as a path/trail.

Due to target group oriented marketing, we point out here again explicitly that the Paddock Plate  PP60 is identical in construction with the Anchor Grid AG60 .
