With the Gravel Grid KG30, the customer of this reference has created a parking area, which is additionally unsealed. The customer of this reference first backfilled the area that was later to be the gravel surface with gravel and soil to such an extent that there was no trip hazard between the gravel bed and the border. He then used a vibrating machine to make the soil and gravel firm and smooth. This makes the Gravel Grid sit more firmly.
In the next step, the customer laid the Gravel Grid on the ground and fastened them together with the connectors on the outer sides. Using a hand-held circular saw, he cut the grids to size if needed. With the ground anchors BA230 he fixed the Gravel Grid in the ground.
Finally, the Gravel Grid just need to be filled. We recommend a grain size of 16/22 or 11/16.
