Leveling Pad · Spacer Plate

Stackable leveling plates / spacer plates made of plastic for load distribution, shimming, level compensation as well as for decoupling and under ventilation of prefabricated concrete parts, containers, storage containers, overseas containers, office containers, modular containers, modular houses and flying structures. Likewise, the plastic plate is suitable as a shim plate, shim plank and shim for compensating heights of level differences in scaffolding construction for facade scaffolding, as well as in the event sector for stage constructions and stage scaffolding.

Other classic applications are the underlaying of machines and equipment as a so-called compensation plate or compensation sheet, only that our plate is made of heavy-duty HDPE plastic and not steel. In all cases, the direct contact of an object with the substrate or the floor covering is avoided. This isolates or decouples the object from the substrate and ventilates it, protecting it from dirt, moisture, water and frost.

Likewise, the plastic plates for support, stability assurance, load absorption and load distribution have proven themselves, among other things, in the logistics industry for underlaying the stamp feet of swap bodies. Also for mobile sales booths, mobile toilet plants, support wheels of trailers and caravans were already underlaid with these plates. Thanks to the anti-slip serration applied on both sides, safer stacking or underpinning is possible. Our plastic leveling plates / spacer plates are available in 3 sizes, 240x240 mm,  240x480 mm or 480x480 mm and 2 thicknesses, 10mm or 20mm. This allows you to specifically compensate for level differences due to floor unevenness or design-related height differences in 10 mm or 20 mm increments. Compatible with our ULP shims

Please note that our leveling plates are compatible with the shims 240x240x50 mm  and of the shim 240x240x50 mm. Thus, in addition to the compensation heights in steps of 10 or 20 also 50mm steps are possible.
