The Crane Pad PRO are heavy-duty, pressure-stable & durable Crane Mats or load distribution plates made of plastic for solid load distribution and stability for all cranes, mobile cranes and crane stands. A special quality feature is the rounded corners and edges, which have been incorporated to improve durability and reduce the risk of injury. Due to the low dead weight compared to Crane Mats made of steel and the incorporated carrying loops or carrying ropes, our Crane Pads are particularly easy to carry and place. This effectively reduces set-up time and facilitates transportation and storage.
Effective load distribution and improved stability
Crane Pads made of plastic enable a solid support of cranes, crane vehicles, mobile cranes as well as equipment, machines, containers, aggregates, storage stations, mobile transmission masts, mobile radio masts, mobile power generators, mobile transformer stations, mobile storage systems or other objects which are to stand on soft and poorly load-bearing ground. In addition, they are suitable for supporting on hard floors such as concrete, asphalt, pavement or other hard, sensitive or solid floors. In addition to any safe support and the absorption and distribution of loads, the focus is also on the protection of the soil or subsoil.
Highly loadable and extremely pressure-resistant Crane Pads
Crane Pads of Securatek are made of HDPE plastic. This plastic is a polyethylene with high density and high molecular weight. The main characteristics of this product are: Durability, rigidity, resistance to environmental influences and chemicals, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, low moisture absorption and weldability. Outrigger Pads made of plastic (PE) are more durable, weather resistant and, above all, significantly more efficient than Outrigger Pads made of wood. In comparison, they offer excellent quality, strength and very high load capacity for optimal load distribution, while at the same time significantly smaller dimensions and dead weight.
