The v:tek PRO platforms are available in four different platform set sizes, as a set of 10, a set of 20, a set of 30 and as a set of 30 with a folding angle set instead of a corner angle set. Each set includes a precisely fitting and loading space optimized box (steel pallet + 4 brackets), which is hardly bigger than the platform itself and of course the v:tek PRO platforms. The v:tek PRO drive-over plates, also called drive-over plates, are 2000 × 1000 × 15 mm in size, approx. 28 kg light, can be loaded up to 60 t** and cover an area of approx. 2.00 m². The drive-over plates are made of a high-quality, robust and weatherproof HDPE plastic in a press process and impress with their high impact resistance and simultaneous flexibility. Thanks to these professional properties and the attractive price-performance ratio, the v:tek series is one of our most popular and best-selling drive-over plates, whether as a single plate or as a set.
Which set sizes are available for the v:tek PRO drive plates and what do they contain?
There are usually 3 set sizes to choose from. Usually there are sets of 10, sets of 20 or sets of 30, whereby the number indicates how many plates the set contains. In addition to the panels, the set always includes a panel support frame, consisting of a SmartStore steel pallet and 4 SmartStore corner brackets. You will find an exact list or set parts list for the respective set in the "Technical data" tab under "Set contents".

Why does the v:tek PRO track plate set not include any connectors or coupling pieces?
Because the choice of the right connector depends on the surface on which the panels are to be laid and the number of connectors required depends on how the panels are to be laid out. Plastic connectors must always be used when a firm, hard, sensitive floor covering such as paving, concrete, porcelain stoneware, hall floors or coated industrial floors are to be protected from damage.
Round steel connectors, on the other hand, may only be used on soft, unpaved ground such as, lawn, meadow, gravel, arable land etc. In order to answer the question of how many connectors are needed per driving plate, we recommend the following quantities as a rough guide based on experience:

- Track, 1-lane = 2x "2-fold connectors".
- Lane, 2-lane = 2x "2-fold connector" + 1x "4-fold connector".
- Platform / Flat = 1x "4-fold connector" + 1x "4-fold connector".
What does the "v" of the v:tek PRO plastic platforms stand for?
The "v" of the v:tek platforms stands for "versatile". What this means is that there is hardly any application for which the v:tek moving panels are not suitable or have not proven their worth. But why is that? Why are the v:tek moving panels so popular? The basis for the high quality of the v:tek driving plates is, on the one hand, the use of high-quality HDPE plastic with special additives. On the other hand, it is due to the fact that the plates are manufactured in a pressing process under high pressure and heat. In addition, there is the slip-resistant profiling on both sides, as well as the 8-hole connection system, which makes it possible to lay the panels in cross formation, half formation and staggered laying of the panels as a curve or radius.
The v:tek plastic driving plates reliably protect the subfloor and serve to distribute the load even under the most adverse conditions. They prevent vehicles and machines from sinking in or getting stuck, thus effectively reducing the costs of costly ground repairs. The corrugated surface on both sides of the v:tek paving slabs guarantees an extremely slip-resistant and safe surface for pedestrians, vehicles, construction machinery and implements alike. Plastic driving plates do not rot, are heat and frost resistant, break-proof and extremely flexible.
Do the v:tek paving slabs have an anti-slip profile?
Yes, the special feature of the v:tek driving plates is the double-sided profiling, either as RoughGrip profile or the new VersaGrip profile. The RoughGrip profile provides grip due to the roughened longitudinal grooves. The VersaGrip tread is additionally equipped with a v-shaped channel system for improved grip, protection and water drainage. Both tread patterns provide excellent skid resistance and traction for construction equipment and pedestrians alike. Especially in wet and humid conditions, our v:tek skid plates offer more safety compared to skid plates without profile.
Both treads have the same tread height throughout and narrow tread spacing. On the one hand, this allows objects on wheels to be rolled over the slabs with low vibration, and on the other hand, heavy construction machinery with steel chains can drive over the slab without destroying the tread.
