The e:tek EVO Road Plates are available in four different driving plate set sizes, as a set of 10, a set of 20, a set of 30 and as a set of 30 with a folding angle set instead of a corner angle set. Each set includes a precisely fitting and loading space optimized driving plate box (steel pallet + 4 angles), which is hardly bigger than the driving plate itself and of course the e:tek EVO Road Plates. The e:tek EVO Road Plates or excavator mats are 2300×1100×14 mm in size, approx. 29 kg light, can be loaded up to 30t** and cover an area of approx. 2.53 m². The drive-over mats are made of a high-quality, robust and weatherproof LDPE plastic in an extrusion process and impress with their high impact resistance and flexibility at the same time. What are the sizes of the Road Plates and what do they include?
There are usually 3 set sizes to choose from. Usually there are sets of 10, sets of 20 or sets of 30, whereby the number indicates how many driving plates the set contains. In addition to the drive plates, the set always includes a drive plate box consisting of a SmartStore steel pallet and 4 SmartStore corner brackets. You will find a detailed list or set parts list for the respective set in the "Technical data" tab under "Set contents".

Why does the set not include any connectors or connecting clips?
Firstly, the choice of the right connector depends on the surface on which the panels are to be laid, and secondly, the number of connectors required depends on how the panels are to be laid. Plastic connectors must always be used when a firm, hard, sensitive floor covering such as paving, concrete, porcelain stoneware, hall floors or coated industrial floors is to be protected from damage. Round steel connectors, in turn, must be used exclusively on soft, unpaved ground such as, lawn, meadow, gravel, farmland, etc. To answer the question of how many connectors are needed per driving plate, we recommend the following quantities as a rough guide based on experience:

- Lane, 2-lane = 2x "2-fold connector" + 1x "4-fold connector
- Platform / Flat = 1x "4-way connector" + 1x "4-way connector"
Do the running boards have an anti-slip profile or structure?
Yes, the special feature of the EVO driving plates is the EvoGrip micro-profile structure in diamond design, which is applied on both sides. The EvoGrip tread may not appear to be very efficient, but in practice the new micro-tread provides excellent slip resistance and traction. Especially in wet and damp conditions, the new anti-slip tread with its rough surface comes into its own thanks to micro-serration and lotus blossom effect. Moisture, wetness and are dissipated extremely quickly and the adhesion of dirt and mud is significantly reduced. This not only brings benefits in practice, but also makes it much faster and easier to clean the driving plates.

Do the driving plates have grip holes and also holes for connecting?
The plastic drive plate has connecting holes at each corner for easy coupling of the plates using plastic drive plate connectors (for firm floors) or steel connectors (for soft floors). There is 1 grip hole in each short side of the drive plate. Thanks to the 2 finger holes and the low weight, the plastic plate is very easy to carry and just as easy to install. The load capacity** is up to approx. 30t on paved & dry ground, up to approx. 12t on unpaved & dry ground and up to 3,5t on unpaved & wet ground.

Why are plastic panels better than wooden panels?
The big advantage of plastic panels compared to wooden panels is that plastic panels do not rot, are heat- and frost-resistant, break-proof and extremely flexible and therefore reusable.
