SmartStore steel pallets made of galvanized steel offer a practical, space-saving as well as safe solution for transport and storage of floor mats, driving plates and floor protection plates made of plastic. The ingenious driving plate box allows, through the four fastening points at the corners of the pallet, to mount the corner brackets available as accessories. The Forklift pockets on all four sides allows at any time to safely pick up and transport the transport rack by forklift, wheel loader or similar transport vehicle with forks or tines. Thanks to the high quality steel and workmanship, the  steel rack has high payloads and superimposed loads.

Our SmartStore steel pallets are the optimal complement not only for our own driving plates and floor protection plates, but also for many commercially available drive-over plates in the most common sizes. Thanks to the steel plate and the corner brackets available as accessories, you can transport your driving plates in the future in a driving plate box as a driving plate set. Load space optimized moving platen box saves space

The ultra-compact dimensions of SmartStore steel pallets save valuable loading space and therefore transport costs. Or in other words, our transport rack does not take away unnecessary space on the loading area, giving you more flexibility and loading space for other items. Even with mounted corner angles (optional accessory) the steel pallet is hardly bigger than the driving plates or floor protection plates on it. Depending on the design / variant, the transport racks are suitable for holding up to 60 plastic driving plates.

Thanks to corner brackets, can be extended as a box or set of moving panels

The clever design of the SmartStore steel pallets enables quick and easy assembly or replacement of corner brackets. The corner brackets are simply bolted to the corners of the steel pallet  and prevent the moving plates from slipping during transport or storage . At the same time, the corner brackets enable neat and flush stacking of the driving plates, which in turn saves loading space,  compared to  chaotically stacked driving plates. Using the corner brackets also significantly increases the safety of the load and also saves time, as you only need one tensioning strap instead of 3-4.

Foldable corner brackets for ultra-fast laying of driving plates

As an alternative to the rigid corner brackets, the corner brackets are also available in a foldable version. In the foldable version, panels can be laid and stowed away much faster, but unfortunately the racks are then no longer stackable. Simply open the corner brackets, pull down the panels, and you're done. The panels no longer have to be lifted out of the panel box by two men. The folding corner brackets also make it much easier to push the moving platens back flush and securely into the box. This not only saves time and effort, but also makes employees happy! Your colleagues on the construction site will particularly appreciate it.

Wheel set for moving the transport box without forklift or wheel loader

The wheel set with two steerable & two rigid wheels for steel pallets, available as an additional accessory, is a perfect supplement for all those who cannot or are not allowed to use a forklift, wheel loader or similar equipment for the transport of the steel pallets. As a mobility solution (especially in combination with a folding angle set), the wheel set can be attached to the steel pallet in a few simple steps, allowing convenient transport of moving plates.
