MaxiTrack MT130 - Complete set of 20 heavy duty driving plates - 32,40 m² - 36,00 lfm - 6mm double-sided profile structure - Loadable up to approx. 130 tons. The new MaxiTrack ground protection and surface protection system is one of the most revolutionary and innovative driving plates for the production of mobile construction roads, driving roads, temporary access routes, assembly platforms, storage areas and many other applications. The Maxitrack MT130 is with up to 130t/plate one of the strongest loadable driving plates, which can be laid thanks to the small dimensions of 180x90 cm and the low own weight of only 40kg also by hand. The set of plates includes: 20 x MaxiTrack MT130 heavy duty plates, 120 x steel fasteners, 1 x accessory box, 1 x steel pallet ZSP12, 4 x steel securing brackets 65 cm.

Another outstanding feature of the Maxitrack driving plate is the so-called "overlapping system" which allows for maximum bonding of the plates and flexible adaptation to uneven railings. The connection technology of solid metal bolts and threads, fully integrated in the overlapping flanges, withstand even the highest shear forces and compressive loads. Elongated holes allow for thermal expansion of the plastic without causing the sheets to curl, buckle or even stand up.

Particularly in handling and logistics, the extremely compact moving plate saves expensive loading space and valuable time. The Maxitrack can be transported in or on almost any vehicle, e.g. on a small trailer, in a sprinter/bus, on the loading area of a flatbed up to an open truck trailer on which 500 panels (810 sqm / 20,000 kg) would fit. Compare the logistic and cost effort for steel plates or aluminum panels and you will quickly understand why this plate is worth every Euro.

Of course it is also possible to lay 4 already connected MaxiTrack panels (180x360cm) by chain or slip by crane. So even large areas, platforms or driveways can be laid quickly and effectively, similar to steel plates or aluminum panels for construction roads.
