MaxiTrack - Heavy duty slab & construction roads (≤130t)

Heavy-duty tram plates are extremely stable and resilient construction road systems made of plastic. With a load capacity of up to 130, they offer excellent load distribution and traction,

Heavy-duty plastic slabs are extremely stable plastic slabs that can be loaded with up to 200 t/plate**. This makes the heavy-duty plates suitable for all applications where large loads have to be moved and maximum load distribution is paramount. Basically, the lower the load-bearing capacity or compaction of a floor, the more important the load-distributing effect of the plates. The load-distributing effect of the heavy-duty slabs is achieved, among other things, by the dimensions of the slabs of approx. 6.00 - 8.00 m²/slab and a matrial thickness between 3.0 and 9.0 cm

PLASTIC EXCAVATOR PADS

Due to their very good load-distributing properties, heavy-duty plastic panels have established themselves against classic dredge mattresses and dredge mattresses made of hardwood in wind turbine construction and pipeline construction, among other applications. Mobile construction routes and assembly areas can simply be laid and rebuilt more quickly with the plastic heavy-duty panels. Especially in the area of logistic costs and logistic effort the heavy duty slabs can score economically.

Heavy duty slabs are perfect as mobile construction road, temporary access solution, provisional road or also as pedestrian-friendly working platform, assembly platform, material storage area as well as paved conatin areas and much more. The number of applications and areas of use ranges from pipeline construction, civil engineering, wind power plants, traffic route construction, well construction, heavy-duty traffic to open-air events
