Double holder for support plate 300 x 300 x 30 - 5.00 kg - 334 x 314 x 78 - 0.11 m² - galvanized steel - 3.0, 5.0 material thickness. Double holder made of solid steel, suitable for storing two support plates, support plates or crane plates suitable for the size 30 x 30 x 3 cm. The slide-in frame for holding the support plate is made of high-quality galvanized steel (3.0 mm material thickness)

There are 3 slotted holes (2.0 x 1.0 cm each) on three sides of the support plate holder. In addition, there are 2 further oblong holes in each of the two stiffening rails support plate box (material thickness 5.0 mm). Thus, an optimal mounting of the support plate holder to almost any vehicle, trailer, construction machine, equipment, work platform, crane, and much more is always guaranteed. It does not matter whether the support plate holder is mounted standing, hanging, lying, horizontally or vertically, because the locking bolt made of steel always holds the support plate securely in the slide-in frame. To prevent theft of the inserted support plate , we recommend using a padlock with an approx. 5.0 mm thick shackle (not included).

In addition to the practical benefit of the support plate holder, you increase the transport safety of the support plates thus carried on the vehicle. Therefore, we advise every customer to order the support plate holder always together with the support plates in a set or package.

It pays to compare - especially with regard to design, quality and workmanship

As support plate mounts are permanently exposed to strong vibrations caused by engine running or vehicle movements, possible weak points due to material fatigue have already been taken into account during design and production. In comparison with cheaper and/or inferior products, the material input (in kg) is already an important indicator for assessing the quality to be expected.

In addition, one should pay attention to how the 90° angles were processed. In all support plate holders, the 90° angles of the insertion frame are made of one piece and bent. The transitions of the 90° angle, were additionally welded. To further maximize the stiffness, two solid 6.0 mm stiffening rails / cross beams were additionally welded.
