Paddock plate PP60

The paddock plate PP60 is a highly innovative paddock plate made of plastic with two advantages compared to conventional paddock plates. The first unique selling point of the paddock slabs are the 16 solid anchor elements located on the underside of the paddock slabs. Each of these 16 anchor elements penetrates 4.0 cm into the ground and anchors the grid reliably in the ground with a total anchor area of approx. 500 cm², per grid. Due to this unique product feature, the paddock plate is also recommended for paving paths and areas with inclines or declines.

Innovative plastic paddock plate with two bearing planes

The second special feature is the construction of the paddock plate, which is the only paddock plate with two load-bearing or load-distributing levels. Thus, the weight-bearing area of the paddock slab is 100% (50% + 50%). The difference in height of the levels is 1.6 cm, and with 120 drainage holes between the bearing levels, it ensures excellent water permeability and unsealed surface design.

Paddock slabs for horses & animal husbandry

The PP60 paddock slab is recommended in animal and horse husbandry for paddocks, open stables, feeding areas, watering places, horse walkers, lunging circles, round pens, riding arenas, riding halls, horse walkers, pasture accesses and paddock accesses. The PP60 paddock slab has also proven its worth in the construction of paved service roads, supply roads, storage areas, parking spaces and parking lots. 

Paddock slabs with slip-resistant profiling

On the upper side of the paddock slabs there is a 2 mm thick anti-slip profile. The profiling provides additional safety for people, horses or vehicles on all paths and surfaces with slopes or inclines, even in bad weather. Due to the quick and easy laying without substructure, it is also frequently used in animal husbandry / horse husbandry as a paddock slab or paddock grid.

Slip-resistant, joint-protecting and stable surface

The grid opening width of the individual cells is only 5.0 cm. Compared to conventional floor grids and paddock slabs, this ensures that the hoof never stands on narrow bars, but always stands on a relatively large surface. The increased footing area not only protects the horses' hooves and joints, but also ensures a more secure footing.

Laying the paddock slabs without substructure

On soft topsoil, lawn or meadow, the anchor grid can be laid directly without the need for a costly substructure. It is recommended to press the paddock panels into the ground by simply vibrating and/or subsequently rolling them in. Alternatively, the paddock panels can be carefully driven into the ground with a tractor or similar. . Thus one saves much time and money in the comparison to conventional lawn grid, lawn grid stones or lawn honeycombs.
